She challenges us to have the courage to be imperfect, to be compassionate and to accept others and ourselves for who we are. My love affair started with this TED talk. Growing up in an all girls school, there was an immense pressure to be picture perfect. I think this was one of the main reasons this POST resonated so deeply with me. Our society has become obsessed with being perfect and not focusing on our true talents and what we do best.
